Qualifications & Skills

Experience & Certifications

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / PPM modules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Required.
• Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM/PPM (preferred).
• ITIL v3/v4, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Technical Expertise

• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and configuration:
• Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts
• UI Policies, Workflows, Flow Designer
• Performance Analytics and Reporting
• Integrations and data transformations
• Experience supporting Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models in ServiceNow
