Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design custom workflows, business rules, and integrations.
• Develop scripts using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular CLI, Bootstrap, jQuery, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML's etc. to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using APIs such as OData or web services.
• Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM implementation and provide technical support.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in IT service management (ITSM) consulting with expertise in ServiceNow development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computers or equivalent; B.Tech preferred.
• Strong understanding of scripting languages like JavaScript and HTML5/CSS3; knowledge of Angular CLI a plus.
• Experience working with REST APIs & SOAP Web Services; familiarity with XML's required.
