ServiceNow Domain Architect - Technology Applications

Our client is a national leading business with extensive potential for the right kind of person. Using ServiceNow as their core ticketing and CMDB solution, they are on the lookout for someone who wants to be part of a business that is now looking to further cement it's reputation as a world leader.

We are looking for:

• Significant ServiceNow development, engineering, configuration or implementation experience
• A track record designing solutions—not simply gathering requirements or coordinating delivery
• Strong knowledge of platform architecture, data and service models, CMDB and integration patterns
• Experience across ITSM, Discovery and Service Mapping; exposure to SecOps or HRSD is advantageous
• Sound understanding of software-development lifecycles, Agile delivery and production support
• Experience leading developers, technical specialists or managed-service teams
• The confidence to challenge designs, explain trade-offs and influence senior technical and business stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, planning and communication skills
• A practical approach to governance, security, service continuity and continuous improvement

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD and relevant CIS credentials will be highly regarded, as will ITIL 4 and Agile/Scrum certification.
