Summary
Design and implement ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management solutions for enterprise clients, aligning with ITIL best practices and compliance while collaborating with procurement, finance, and IT teams.
Role:
ServiceNow is a global tool used widely to manage business processes of Enterprise clients. As a HAM Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced hardware asset management solutions. You will ensure alignment with best practices and compliance requirements while collaborating with procurement, finance, and IT operations.

Skills and attrubutes:
- Comprehensive understanding of the platform and exhibit confidence when working through implementation, customization or maintenance projects.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management module.
- Hands-on experience with stockroom and asset lifecycle processes.
- Familiarity with hardware procurement workflows and vendor integrations.
- Experience in CMDB and ITSM alignment for HAM data accuracy. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- At least 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience. Proven track record with HAM and asset lifecycle design.
- ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification (HAM specialization preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices related to ITAM.
- English (C2) or other European languages would be an advantage, but not mandatory
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or economic field
