Summary
The ServiceNow IT Catalog Architect will lead the modernization and standardization of IT service delivery at PepsiCo by designing AI-enabled ServiceNow catalogs and automated workflows. The role involves partnering with IT service owners to integrate SAP systems with ServiceNow and implementing advanced features like Now Assist and conversational AI.
Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Lead ServiceNow IT Catalog Architect with 12-14 years of ServiceNow experience to lead the standardization, modernization, and AI-enabled evolution of IT service delivery through ServiceNow Catalogs. Responsibilities Partner with IT Service Owners to assess services and identify opportunities for catalog standardization, automation, and AI enablement. working on key deliverables and milestones to transition IT service areas into standardized ServiceNow catalog offerings. Being a IT Catalogs product team member, bring the thoughts for future-state service delivery models leveraging self-service, workflow automation, conversational experiences, and AI capabilities. Catalog taxonomy & structure: defining how SAP services/products are structured and categorized as they're onboarded into the enterprise catalog. Automation design: designing the Flow Designer workflows and fulfillment automation for SAP catalog items — order guides, AI-assisted form completion, and automated fulfillment paths. Integration architecture: deciding how the ServiceNow catalog integrates with SAP backend systems (e.g., SolMan, SAP fulfillment systems) to execute requests end-to-end. AI capability implementation: determining where Now Assist and AI Search get applied within the SAP catalog experience, and how conversational workflows are designed for SAP-specific requests. Standards conformance: ensuring SAP catalog items are built consistent with the enterprise catalog standards already set by the IT Catalog Lead, while making SAP-specific technical calls within that framework. Sequencing: prioritizing which SAP services get catalog-enabled and automated first, based on volume and business impact. Qualifications 12-14 years of ServiceNow experience with strong expertise in architecture, Service Catalog, workflow automation, and platform design. Proven experience onboarding IT service domains into standardized catalog offerings. Demonstrated success driving service standardization, automation, and service delivery improvements across multiple IT functions. Experience working directly with Service Owners to assess, redesign, and optimize service delivery models.
