Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows and automation processes. - Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow configurations and integrations to improve performance and user experience. - Provide ITSM support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues. - Ensure security best practices are followed in all development and integration activities. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to continuously improve platform capabilities.
