The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM), with a focus on platform fundamentals, data modeling, configuration, workflow automation, development, integration, and security. As a ServiceNow Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our ITSM capabilities and ensuring the seamless operation of our ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and automation processes to streamline ITSM operations.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the ServiceNow platform by implementing best practices and compliance measures.
- Provide ITSM support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow users, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements, and recommend improvements to existing processes.
