ServiceNow Platform Engineer
Description
Salary: ₱120,000 – ₱150,000 per month
Work Location: Makati City, Metro Manila
Work Setup: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)
Experience Required: 3–8 years
Main Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the ServiceNow environment.
Check system performance and address issues that may affect platform availability.
Investigate technical concerns and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
Assist with system updates, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance.
Manage user access, permissions, and platform configurations.
Help improve existing system features and functionalities.
Work on system connections and data exchange between ServiceNow and other business applications.
Assist with authentication and user access management solutions.
Develop scripts and automated processes to simplify routine tasks.
Follow established IT security policies and operational guidelines.
Recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
Prepare technical documentation and share knowledge with team members.
Qualifications
8+ years of overall experience as a Platform Engineer or in a related technical role.
3–8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow or similar enterprise platform environments.
Practical knowledge of ServiceNow administration, configuration, and platform operations.
Experience handling system maintenance, upgrades, and technical troubleshooting.
Understanding of user access management and IT security practices.
Knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and authentication technologies.
Exposure to Agile or SAFe project delivery is an advantage.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
