Ondaro is looking for a talented and collaborative ServiceNow Pleno Technical Consultant – ITAM (SAM) to join our growing ServiceNow team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, developing, and supporting ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions, with a primary focus on Software Asset Management (SAM). You will help organizations improve software compliance, optimize licensing costs, enhance asset visibility, and maintain high-quality asset data across the platform.

You will work closely with clients, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions while contributing to the continuous improvement of asset management processes and platform capabilities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Configure and support ServiceNow ITAM solutions, with a primary focus on Software Asset Management (SAM Pro).
  • Develop workflows, automations, notifications, and business rules to support software asset lifecycle processes.
  • Configure and maintain software license management, normalization, reconciliation, and compliance tracking.
  • Support software asset governance by ensuring accurate entitlement and inventory data.
  • Develop integrations with external systems and data sources such as SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Discovery, and Active Directory.
  • Assist in software compliance reviews, audits, and optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure the security, accuracy, and traceability of software asset data.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and solution deployment activities.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the ITAM practice.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Advanced English.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM solutions, especially Software Asset Management (SAM Pro).
  • Good understanding of software licensing concepts, software asset lifecycle management, and compliance processes.
  • Experience with software normalization, reconciliation, and license management.
  • Familiarity with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) concepts.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow asset tables, roles, permissions, and data governance practices.
  • Proficiency with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Notifications.
  • Experience configuring integrations using MID Server, IntegrationHub, Discovery, SCCM, Intune, or similar inventory tools.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB relationships and asset data management.
  • Experience consuming and configuring REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow development best practices.
  • Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, data mapping, and data validation processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot platform issues using logs and debugging tools.
  • Understanding of security best practices and access control concepts.
