We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to join a growing ServiceNow team and play a key role in designing, configuring and delivering complex GRC/IRM solutions for enterprise customers.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, configuring and implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions
- Working across areas such as Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management and Vendor/Third-Party Risk
- Leading technical workshops and gathering customer requirements
- Translating business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Configuring workflows, business rules, Flow Designer, integrations and platform functionality
- Providing technical guidance and best-practice recommendations
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Supporting solution design, testing, deployment and ongoing improvements
- Producing clear technical documentation
- Working closely with Architects, Business Analysts, Developers and customer stakeholders
- Supporting and mentoring more junior ServiceNow consultants where required
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow GRC and/or IRM implementations
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and development
- Experience working with ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, business rules and integrations
- Good understanding of risk, compliance and governance processes
- Experience gathering requirements and working directly with customers
- Strong problem-solving and consulting skills
- The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience delivering ServiceNow projects from requirements through to deployment
