We're looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect / Senior Developer to design, build and deliver modern ServiceNow solutions across large-scale transformation programmes. You'll work on cutting-edge platform implementations, leveraging ServiceNow and modern engineering practices to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
What you'll have the opportunity to do as a ServiceNow Technical Archityect
- Develop and deliver ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM etc.)
- Build and implement custom applications, workflows and integrations using JavaScript and APIs
- Design and develop scalable platform architectures aligned to best practices
- Create and maintain efficient delivery pipelines and deployment processes
- Work with integrations and third-party systems to deliver connected solutions
- Ensure quality through testing, code reviews and development standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Contribute to platform performance, governance, and continuous improvement
The right ServiceNow Technical Architect should have:
- Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations (ideally 3+ end-to-end projects)
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and scripting (JavaScript)
- Exposure to multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM or similar
- Experience working with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and external systems
- Understanding of modern ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced environments
- Salary from £60,000 - £75,000
