We're looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect / Senior Developer to design, build and deliver modern ServiceNow solutions across large-scale transformation programmes. You'll work on cutting-edge platform implementations, leveraging ServiceNow and modern engineering practices to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

What you'll have the opportunity to do as a ServiceNow Technical Archityect
  • Develop and deliver ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM etc.)
  • Build and implement custom applications, workflows and integrations using JavaScript and APIs
  • Design and develop scalable platform architectures aligned to best practices
  • Create and maintain efficient delivery pipelines and deployment processes
  • Work with integrations and third-party systems to deliver connected solutions
  • Ensure quality through testing, code reviews and development standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • Contribute to platform performance, governance, and continuous improvement
About the Candidate

The right ServiceNow Technical Architect should have:
  • Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations (ideally 3+ end-to-end projects)
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and scripting (JavaScript)
  • Exposure to multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM or similar
  • Experience working with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and external systems
  • Understanding of modern ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities
  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced environments
