Services Engineer – DevSecOps (Junior - Senior) - BTS Area (ID: 714032)

Job Description

• Deploy, implement, and maintain DevSecOps, Observability, Monitoring, and Security solutions across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises environments.

• Design and configure monitoring solutions covering infrastructure, applications, logs, performance, cloud services, and security events.

• Integrate monitoring and security platforms with customer environments, including servers, databases, applications, cloud services, containers, and third-party tools.

• Implement and optimize Kubernetes observability for EKS, AKS, and GKE environments, covering cluster, node, pod, container, and workload monitoring.

• Develop and customize dashboards, alerts, reports, and notification workflows to meet operational and business requirements.

• Investigate and resolve issues related to system performance, availability, reliability, monitoring, logging, and platform integrations.

• Conduct system health checks, performance tuning, optimization, and provide post-deployment support to ensure solution effectiveness.

• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation to automate deployments and manage infrastructure consistently.

• Support integrations with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps toolchains, APIs, and automation frameworks to streamline operations.

• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to gather technical requirements, design suitable solutions, and define proof-of-concept (POC) environments.

• Participate in customer engagements, technical workshops, solution demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions.

• Prepare and maintain implementation documentation, configuration guides, operational procedures, as-built documentation, and handover materials.

• Work closely with internal engineering teams and technology partners to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 1 - 4 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Observability, Monitoring, Security Engineering, or Technical Consulting roles.

• Strong hands-on experience managing and supporting Linux and/or Windows Server environments within enterprise-grade infrastructures.

• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Good practical understanding of container technologies and orchestration platforms, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.

• Proven experience in solution deployment, system integration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and operational optimization.

• Experience working closely with customers to gather technical requirements, provide solutions, and support implementation activities.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage or lead Proof of Concept (POC), deployment, and implementation projects from inception to completion.

• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting capability, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

• Effective communication and technical presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capable of mentoring junior engineers and providing technical leadership and guidance within the team.

• Flexible and willing to travel or work onsite at customer locations when required.
