Services Sales Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Service Sales is responsible for driving service revenue growth in Pakistan by identifying, developing, and closing service sales opportunities with existing and potential customers. The role promotes Vertiv's service solutions through a consultative sales approach, generates leads, manages customer relationships, delivers sales presentations, and achieves assigned sales targets while maintaining accurate customer and pipeline records.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for business generation via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing services solutions to existing customers.
- Sell a full range of services offers requires consultative-selling skills.
- Develop a target list and initiate contact to generate leads and opportunities for Vertiv Products/Solution Services and maintain Funnel in CRM.
- Close deals efficiently and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations.
- Responsible for tracking customer information.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must be able to demonstrate a sales record (3-5 years) at a high level of achievement.
- Experience in services selling in any or all of the following: PAC, Chillers, HVAC, AHU Smart EC upgrades, cold aisle containment, UPS, power chain, energy optimization and monitoring software solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
- Analytical skill set, good presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
- Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills both in Bahasa and English
- Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor
- Travel is required for meeting customers.
