Job Description & Requirements

Make an Impact by:

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using selected tooling
  • Implement security-by-design principles across build, test, release, and deployment stages
  • Introduce automation for secrets management, vulnerability scanning, policy enforcement, and compliance validation
  • Implement security baselines and controls for code repositories, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines
  • Implement and monitor secure artifact and container registries
  • Explore and implement use cases for GenAI in secure software development (e.g., AI-assisted code review, automated documentation, security linting)
  • Implement guardrails and risk mitigation strategies for GenAI-enabled development processes
  • Provide DevSecOps best practices and guidance to platform and engineering teams
  • Contribute to operational readiness, observability, and incident response playbooks related to platform deployments

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering or cybersecurity with at least 1 year focused on DevSecOps
  • Experience with implementing and operating Atlassian, GitLab and/or Azure DevOps platforms
  • Understanding of cloud security practices, networking, and access control in hybrid environments
  • Knowledge of integrating GenAI tools into developer workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot
  • Clear communicator who can explain complex technical risks and solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-driven and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
