Shaft Pusher
Position Summary:
The Shaft Pusher is responsible for the safe, continuous operation of a die cast machine to consistently produce high quality aluminum parts as measured by specific production targets.
- Shift Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10 hour weekly rotating shifts (Days 7:00am - 5:00pm; Afternoons 5:00pm - 3:00am)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the safe continuous operation of a die cast machine.
- Ensure consistent quality as it relates to specified production performance targets per hour.
- Accurate record-keeping/documentation (pre-start safety checks, production, daily scrap, downtime, etc.)
- Housekeeping of work area; keeping it clean and free of debris to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 - 4 years die cast experience preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change.
- Problem solving & troubleshooting skills.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Strong hand/eye coordination.
- Detail oriented.
