Chef de Partieとして期待される役割

• Head Chefと協力し、担当セクションを管理し、常に高品質な料理を提供します。
• レストランのコンセプトやHyattの基準に沿った、丁寧かつ柔軟なサービスを提供します。
• 他のキッチンスタッフと連携し、調理業務が円滑に進むようサポートします。
• 若手スタッフへのトレーニングや指導を通じて、チームのスキル向上に貢献します。

About Hotel and Culture

What are your main responsibilities as a Chef de Partie

• Work closely with the Head Chef to manage culinary section and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.
• Ensure service that aligns with the restaurant’s concept and Hyatt’s standards—professional, attentive, and flexible.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to support smooth daily operations.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff to help improve team performance and skills.
