Shift IT Support Analyst (Prai)
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Software and Hardware support in the plant
- •Assist engineers in maintaining system uptime & timely resolution & escalation of problems and issues
- •Provide support to end users in maintaining IT developed system and corporate system (Oracle, Okta, Email, CrowdStrike, etc)
- •Provide MES shop floor system support
Education & Experience
- A degree in Computer Studies or Computer support related field or its equivalents with at least 2 years of relevant work experience e.g. computer hardware and software support, telecommunication, email etc.
- Use ticketing system to track the work and comply to SLA and first response status
Skills
- Familiar with Microsoft MS Office and OS cloning / SCCM deployment
- Familiar with Windows AD account management and provisioning
- Familiar with Dell computers and laptop troubleshooting
- Zebra/Intermec Barcode printer and HP LaserJet printer maintenance
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
- Possess networking troubleshooting skillset
Working Conditions
- This role is 100% onsite
- •Rotating 12 hours shift support
