Shift Lead

Job Purpose:
- The Shift Lead at GOTTS PARTNERS LP is responsible for overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The role involves supervising team members, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
