About the Company
Our client, a global technology manufacturing partner, is seeking highly capable Shift Leads to manage floor operations, enforce quality standards, and oversee logistics during designated shifts.
Available Roles:
- Manufacturing Lead: Supervise a team of assembly operators, ensure daily production targets are met, manage floor-level bottlenecks to maintain workflow.
- Quality Control (QC) Lead: Oversee the QA inspectors, enforce strict compliance & quality metrics, manage the final sign-off for assembled tech hardware.
Working Hours & Shift Pattern:
- Shift Work is Required: Must be comfortable overseeing 12-hour shifts
- Timings: Day Shift (8:00 AM to 8:30 PM) and Night Shift (8:00 PM to 8:30 AM)
- Rotation: Shifts are rotated on a monthly basis
- Schedule: Average of 16 working days per month (e.g. 4 working days per week)
- Breaks: 1.5 hours of break time per day
- Rest Day: Sundays are fixed rest days
Requirements:
Proven ability to manage fast-paced operations while ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards.
Ability to commit to 12-hour rotating shifts.
