Shipping Coordinator (NVOCC)

Responsibilitiesand Authorities:

• Manage coordination & documentation onExport consol operations
• Space control and monitoring of allocations;coordinate with principle office and in-house salesperson to ensure loadingfactor of every consol is maximized.
• Ensure shipments are loaded on intended vsl.
• Monitor cargo packing condition, tally report& time needed for cargo to reach destination.
• Ensuring documents are manifest on time/
• Preparing billing to customers and shippingdocuments.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by thesupervisor.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft words & excel.
• Responsible working attitude
• Able to work in a fast pace environment.
