Shop Attendant -5

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with purchases in a friendly manner.
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Issue EFD receipts for every sale.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, and availability.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Uphold shop safety and hygiene standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Certificate/ Diploma.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, polite, and presentable.
• Experience in retail is an added advantage.
