Site Engineer (C&S)

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil, structural, architectural, M&E, and related construction activities on site.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with Qualified Persons (QPs), consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients on technical and site matters.
- Prepare daily work schedules, manpower planning, work progress reports, and site documentation.
- Attend site coordination meetings with project stakeholders and relevant authorities.
- Identify site issues and work closely with the project team to resolve technical and operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, company safety policies, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in preparing monthly progress reports and project records.
- Support project planning and site coordination to achieve timely project completion.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil, structural, or infrastructure construction projects.
- Experience in MRT, LTA, infrastructure, or public sector projects will be an advantage.
- Able to interpret engineering drawings and construction specifications.
- Good planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
