Ready for a role where you can grow your engineering career and enjoy the Queenstown lifestyle at the same time?

We’re looking for a Site Engineer to join our Queenstown team, supporting the delivery of a variety of civil construction and infrastructure projects across the region. Working closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and crews, you’ll play a hands on role in keeping projects running safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on site and wants exposure to all aspects of project delivery. You’ll be involved in project planning, quality assurance, procurements, cost tracking, client liaison and day to day site operations.

The key responsibilities in this role include:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of construction projects

• Monitoring quality, safety and environmental requirements on site

• Coordinating materials, plant and subcontractors

• Assisting with project cost control and monthly claims

• Maintaining site records and project documentation

• Building strong relationships with clients, crews and stakeholders

• Identifying and managing project variations and risks

You’ll will be someone who takes a collaborative approach and strives for excellence. We’d also value:

• A qualification in Engineering or a related field

• Experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A practical, solution focused approach

• The ability to build positive working relationships across projects tams
