- Manage MEP projects, ensuring timely execution, cost efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.
- Review project specifications, IFC drawings, and raise RFIs for clarifications.
- Coordinate with the design team for preparation and approval of MEP drawings and calculations.
- Prepare and submit material submittals, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Supervise and guide the workforce and subcontractors to ensure adherence to QA/QC standards and timelines.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including civil, architectural, consultant, and client teams, to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and manage snagging activities for project handover.
- Facilitate authority inspections (e.g., DEWA, DCD, SIRA) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support testing and commissioning (T&C) processes, providing technical insights and resolving issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of project-related materials, in coordination with the document controller.

Provide regular updates to the MEP Division In-Charge on progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- DM-approved Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience as an MEP Engineer in the UAE, preferably with a valid UAE driving license.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction-related software.
- Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on deadlines and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and safety compliance.
