The Role:
We are seeking Site Engineers to contribute to the successful delivery of our diverse project portfolio in Residential, Industrial, Health, and Community across Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project & Site Management: Assist with project coordination and subcontractor management, supporting on-time completion and quality adherence.
- Design Management: Collaborate with project engineers to resolve design issues and provide technical input during the design and construction phases.
- Program Preparation & Administration: Help develop and maintain detailed project schedules, supporting effective program management and delivery.
- Site-Based Execution: Assist in quality assurance, and environmental controls on-site, ensuring compliance and reporting progress to Project Engineers.
- Health & Safety Advocacy: Support health and safety initiatives, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant building and tertiary qualifications
- Proven experience in mid to large scale building construction projects; structures through to fit out.
- Competent technical skills with the ability to problem solve, demonstrate initiative and collaborate
- A strong commitment to advocating and promoting health and safety standards
