Site IT Lead: SAP/ERP & Infrastructure Support

Gerresheimer is seeking an experienced site IT supervisor to manage on-site IT operations, troubleshoot ERP/SAP issues, and coordinate with central support teams. The role covers OS troubleshooting on Windows and macOS, plus supervision of local servers, NAS, networks and backups.

You will perform first-level support, work with SAP ERP specialists, and address network outages with hands-on and remote-guided actions. This position demands strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

First-level support and troubleshooting for ERP/SAP users. Coordinate with central SAP/ERP team. Diagnose and resolve OS issues on Windows/macOS. Maintain local IT infrastructure (servers, NAS, networks, backups). Initial diagnosis of local network outages and basic restoration. 8+ years of experience in similar IT roles. Knowledge of SAP ERP and OS troubleshooting.
