Roles & Responsibility:

• Assist Project Director and peers on site management.

• Managing day-to-day site coordination

• Leasing with sub-contractors in planning of manpower, materials and equipment

• Ensuring site works are executed accordingly based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and requirements of relevant authorities

• Ensuring Workplace Safety and Health compliance on site at all times. E.g Housekeeping and Safety

• To be able to lead a construction team in ensuring smooth execution of daily tasking.

• To be able to perform other ad-hoc tasking as and when required by the management.

Good to have:

• Experienced in Private/Landed Residential Construction Project in Singapore.

• Experienced in managing site coordination of a construction project regardless of scale.

• Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.

• Have a strong mindset to learn and grow along with the company.

• Able to work in a fast-pace environment.
