Tsunami Express currently operates 75+ express car wash locations across the Midwest. We are creating a high-performance network of car washes powered by people, automation, and smart technology.

As a Tsunami Express Site Manager, you are responsible for driving results, leading your team, and ensuring operational excellence. Our Site Managers play a critical role in delivering performance, developing talent, and creating an outstanding guest experience every day.

What You’ll Do as a Site Manager:

  • Drive performance as a Site Manager by using data, metrics, and technology to optimize site operations
  • Lead daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, staffing, and performance tracking
  • Hire, train, and develop high-performing team members as part of your Site Manager leadership responsibilities
  • Grow revenue by increasing membership sales, retention, and overall site profitability
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues with a customer-first mindset
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site, including equipment upkeep and basic maintenance oversight
  • Engage the local community through B2B partnerships, marketing initiatives, fundraisers, and Chamber involvement
  • Create a positive, accountable, and team-driven culture as a Site Manager

What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Site Manager:

  • A genuine smile and a strong, positive leadership presence
  • Proven leadership, supervisor, or management experience
  • Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment and troubleshooting
  • Reliable, dependable, and results-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Prior car wash, retail, hospitality, or service industry experience (preferred but not required)
  • A strong customer-first and team-first mindset
