Site Reliability & Data Pipeline Engineer (DevOps)
Summary
The Site Reliability Engineer will manage deployments, investigate incidents, and maintain data pipelines using AWS, Docker, and Prometheus. This role focuses on improving system resilience and fostering a modern DevOps culture within the SAS group.
Viasat is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to bridge the gap between software development and operational reliability within the SAS group. You will own deployments, investigate incidents, and help migrate to a modern DevOps culture.
Based in the UK, you will work with AWS, Docker, Prometheus and data pipelines, collaborating with developers and operations to improve resilience, monitor health, maintain runbooks, and ensure timely incident response and transparent communication.
