Job Summary
Lead, supervise, and coordinate site works to ensure contracted projects meet requirements and deadlines. Resolve worksite issues promptly and enforce safety regulations for workers and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise site works to ensure efficient project execution
- Coordinate with project managers to meet contractual requirements and target dates
- Resolve worksite issues quickly and effectively to maintain progress
- Enforce adherence to all safety regulations among workers and contractors
- Communicate and liaise with customers and main contractors to facilitate smooth operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or roofing industry
- Possess BCSS certification
- Hold a Certificate in lifting supervision
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and liaise with customers and main contractors (moved here as communication skill supports duties but is not a mandated certification)
