Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate site works to ensure smooth project execution
- Collaborate closely with the project manager to meet contracted work requirements and targeted deadlines
- Identify and resolve worksite issues promptly to maintain progress and minimize delays
- Enforce adherence to all safety regulations among workers and contractors on site
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or roofing industry
- Possess BCSS certification
- Hold a certificate in lifting supervision
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Communicate effectively in English and Chinese to liaise with customers and main contractors
