Site Supervisor

1. Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with blueprints and specifications
   
2. Work with the Project Manager to track project timelines, monitor daily progress, and report on status and potential delays
   
3. Strictly implement and enforce HSE policies; conduct regular inspections to maintain high quality and safety standards
   
4. Manage materials, equipment, and serve as the main communication link between management, subcontractors, and laborers
   
5. Promptly identify and resolve technical and logistical issues on site.
   

Requirements

1. Min. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related Engineering field.
   
2. Min. 2 years of proven experience in construction site supervision (having experience in housing development project)
   
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel
   
4. Strong leadership, clear communication, organization, and a solid understanding of local building codes and safety regulations
   
5. Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java
