Infrastructure Supervisor

• Responsible for implementing infrastructure maintenance programs (roads, drainage, lots, and retention ponds), including routine, periodic, and reconstruction activities.
  
• Supervise and control all infrastructure-related works in terms of technical aspects, quality, schedule, cost, and administration.
  
• Develop daily, monthly, annual, and five-year maintenance plans, including budget preparation.
  
• Handle tenant complaints through the application in accordance with the defined SLA.
  
• Conduct defect checklists with the development team during contractor PHO and FHO stages.
  
• Prepare and submit regular work reports.
  

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
  
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar field.
  
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, with strong technical and analytical skills.
