Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Lead Advisor (Grant Funded)

Typical Duties: Serves Students. Delivers Small Business Association (SBA) SBDC-standard business advisement to Manufacturing Business and Automation Accelerator (MBAA) Track 2 and Track 3 participants Coordinates capital access referrals to SBA loan programs, USDA programs, and private lenders Develops individualized business advisory plans as part of each participant's Manufacturer Transformation Plans (MTP) Maintains AWC SBDC reporting requirements while integrating with MBAA participant tracking Supports and participates in strategic planning initiatives, and performs other duties as assigned.
