We are looking for an experienced Lead SoC Architect with 10+ years of experience in SoC architecture and ASIC development. The ideal candidate will lead the definition of next-generation SoC architectures for AI, GPU, RISC-V, networking, or datacenter-class products.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define SoC architecture, subsystem partitioning, and microarchitecture.
  • Drive performance, power, and area trade-off analysis.
  • Design memory hierarchy, NoC/interconnect, cache coherency, and high-speed interfaces.
  • Collaborate with RTL, verification, physical design, firmware, and software teams.
  • Support silicon bring-up, performance optimization, and product roadmap planning.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years in SoC Architecture/ASIC Design.
  • Strong knowledge of CPU/GPU/NPU architectures, NoC, DDR5/LPDDR5/HBM, PCIe/CXL/UCIe, and AMBA AXI/CHI.
  • Experience with C/C++/SystemC performance modeling.
  • Good understanding of RTL, HW/SW co-design, and silicon bring-up.
  • Prior technical leadership experience is preferred.
