We are looking for an experienced Lead SoC Architect to define and drive the architecture of next-generation semiconductor products. You will lead architecture definition, subsystem integration, and technical decision-making for complex SoCs targeting AI, GPU, networking, multimedia, RISC-V, and datacenter applications.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Define top-level SoC architecture and subsystem partitioning.
- Drive architecture trade-offs across performance, power, area, latency, and bandwidth.
- Develop architecture specifications and interface definitions.
- Collaborate with RTL, Verification, Physical Design, Firmware, Software, and System teams.
- Perform architecture modeling and workload analysis using C/C++/SystemC.
- Define memory hierarchy, NoC, coherency architecture, and cache strategy.
- Integrate third-party IPs including CPU, GPU, NPU, PCIe, DDR/LPDDR, Ethernet, Multimedia, and Security IP.
- Support verification planning, silicon bring-up, debug, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to future product and technology roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in SoC Architecture, ASIC Design, or complex semiconductor systems.
- Strong expertise in SoC architecture and subsystem integration.
- Experience with CPU/GPU/NPU architectures, NoC, Cache Coherency (CHI/ACE/CXL), PCIe, DDR5/LPDDR5X, RTL methodologies, and architecture modeling.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- AI Accelerator, GPU, Networking, RISC-V, or Datacenter SoC experience.
- Chiplet or Multi-die architecture.
- FPGA prototyping and emulation.
- Linux Drivers or System Software.
- Technical leadership across cross-functional engineering teams
