SoC Debug Architect

Define and develop SoC debug architecture for data center, mobile, automotive, and PC products, supporting Linux, Windows, and automotive operating systems
Collaborate with cross-domain teams to gather, analyze, and address debug requirements
Contribute to debug feature, infrastructure, and tool definition for system observability, and drive implementation of advanced debug methodologies and solutions
Analyze and understand post-silicon validation and production debug activities to ensure robust debug processes
Guide discussions and consolidate ideas with hardware and software teams to define debug capabilities and best practices for SoC debug across product lines

Strong knowledge of SoC debug architecture
Familiarity with Linux, Windows, and automotive OS
Experience in post-silicon validation and debug tools
Basic understanding of software debug
Thorough knowledge of microprocessor architecture includes expertise in one or more of the following areas: CPU System Debug including ARM Debug Architecture, Micro-architecture Debug techniques including various trace filtering and trigger techniques, Scan dump and mem-dump architectures. Experience with other DFx techniques is a plus – including understanding of Design for test and Design for Debug architecture.
Knowledge of Verilog and/or VHDL. Experience with simulators and waveform debugging tools.
Knowledge of logic design principles along with timing and power implications.
Proven cross-domain collaboration skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Salary range: $211,000- $356,000
Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
