SOC Support Specialist
You will act as an intermediary between partners or customers and the Security Operations Center. You will provide support through phone, email, and chat; respond to security concerns; explain SOC concepts and actions clearly; lead partner calls; troubleshoot product issues; and advocate for partner needs. You will also help develop knowledge-base articles and support resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Address partner security concerns with timely, informative responses
- Explain complex SOC concepts and actions in digestible terms
- Lead partner calls and facilitate communication with the SOC
- Troubleshoot product issues and support product-related requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Advocate for partner needs and provide feedback to internal teams
- Contribute to knowledge-base articles and support resources
Requirements
- Passion for cybersecurity and continuous learning
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic during security incidents
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks
- MSP or Help Desk experience
- Microsoft 365/Entra experience
- Basic understanding of networking
- Basic understanding of SIEM tooling
