Social Content Creator

Hey! We're hiring a Social Content Creator for a portfolio of US real estate and lifestyle social channels. The strategy is set; we need someone with strong creative judgment who turns brand knowledge, audience behavior and trends into content worth posting. Full-time, remote, open to bilingual (English/Spanish) professionals in Latin America.

What you'll do:
- Study each brand, its audience and its best posts before pitching ideas
- Spot timely ideas and trends on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn and adapt them to the right brand
- Write hooks, captions, scripts, carousels and short-form concepts, and edit or package assets
- Turn the founder's real ideas and expertise into content in his own voice
- Curate and create content for company accounts, checking sources and permissions
- Run a content queue, take feedback and use performance data for the next round

What we're looking for:
- A portfolio with original ideas, platform fluency, strong hooks and a clear sense of why posts work
- Excellent English and cultural judgment for US real estate, humor and professional audiences
- Good instincts for which trends fit and which feel forced (no generic AI posts or recycled templates)
- Comfort with creation tools and analytics, and clear strengths in writing, design, editing, curation or publishing
- Founder-led or personality-led content experience is a plus
