You will join crypto Telegram and Discord communities and blend in naturally. You will chat casually, build genuine rapport with members, and share reports, articles, and updates in an organic way. You will spark discussions with well-timed posts, collaborate with the marketing team on content strategy, track community reactions, and iterate to improve engagement. You will stay current with Web3 trends, memes, and community culture and may help recruit and manage affiliates.
Responsibilities
- Join crypto Telegram and Discord communities and blend in naturally
- Chat casually and build genuine rapport with group members
- Share reports, articles, and updates in an organic manner
- Spark discussion and clicks through thoughtful, well-timed posts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content and timing
- Track community reactions and iterate to improve engagement
- Stay up to date with Web3 trends, memes, and community culture
- Build and manage the affiliate program, including recruiting affiliates
- Maintain relationships with existing affiliates and negotiate contracts
Requirements
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City
- Fluent English writing skills
- Deep understanding of crypto culture and group dynamics
- Strong communication skills and ability to read the room
- Creative and strategic content sense with subtle promotional judgement
- Experience in community management, crypto Twitter, or creating viral posts is a plus
- Experience recruiting or managing affiliates and negotiating contracts is a plus
