You’ll be part of an energetic, early‑rising group creating social‑first content that sets the tone for Sydney’s day.A day in the life?As a Social Media Content Producer, you’ll be the creative force behind the digital presence of 2DayFM Breakfast with Nath & Emma. Your mission? Turn every great radio moment into shareable, scroll-stopping content that keeps fans engaged, growing and listening to the podcast.In this role, you will:Create and schedule dynamic social content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms to amplify the show’s reach and continue the growth of the show’s podcast.Collaborate closely with hosts and producers to capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments and trending topics.Analyse performance and engagement metrics to refine strategies and maximise audience growth.Stay ahead of trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas that keep the brand at the forefront of social media.What You’ll Need3+ years creating social content for platforms like YouTube and socialsStrong production skills and knowledge of best‑practice techniquesAbility to write, produce, edit and post audio‑visual content for digital channelsSkilled in industry tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (or similar)Experience with Photoshop, Canva, HTML and CMS platformsLet us sweeten the deal!SCA GIGs – Our internal talent development program helps you cross-skill and grow within SCA.Paid Parental Leave – 20 weeks of gender-neutral leave to support all parents.Wellbeing Perks – Extra leave for your birthday and volunteering, plus free and discounted concert and footy tickets.
