Social Media Creator

Social Content Creator – Part-Time, Hybrid or On-Site | 10 Hours per Week

Chukar Cherries is seeking a creative, organized Social Content Creator to bring our Northwest brand to life through engaging social media content.

In this role, you'll create and schedule 2–3 posts weekly for Instagram and Facebook, while helping maintain a smaller presence on LinkedIn and TikTok. You'll collaborate with our marketing team on content ideas and planning, respond to comments and DMs, and help monitor brand mentions.

A key skill is creating engaging short-form videos, from capturing footage to editing and publishing content. You'll visit our Prosser flagship store and factory headquarters as needed to capture fresh content that showcases our products, people, and the Chukar story.

This role includes regular check-ins on Meta activity, weekly marketing meetings, content uploads, and collaboration on monthly content planning.

This is a hands-on, content-focused position. Candidates interested in taking on additional responsibilities, including social media strategy, performance reporting, and influencer partnerships, are encouraged to consider our Social Media Manager opening.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as overtime, lead premiums, or bonus opportunities.

OBJECTIVES:

• Ensure all social media efforts are executed in a timely manner
• Assist in the implementation of the company’s marketing strategy
• Prepare activity reports and metrics for measuring program success

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Past experience running social media accounts
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-starter, Goal oriented.
