Social Media Manager

Social Media Manager – Part-Time, Hybrid or On-Site | 20 Hours per Week

Chukar Cherries is seeking a creative, organized, and strategic Social Media Manager to grow our presence on Instagram and Facebook, while maintaining a smaller presence on LinkedIn and TikTok.

In this role, you'll lead social media content planning and execution, creating and scheduling 2–3 posts weekly, developing a monthly content calendar, managing comments and DMs, and monitoring brand mentions. You'll also coordinate paid influencer partnerships, track performance, and collaborate with our marketing team to ensure content supports broader brand and marketing goals.

A key part of this role is creating engaging short-form video content filmed on-site and around Prosser, WA. We're looking for someone who can combine creative storytelling with a strategic understanding of what drives engagement and growth.

Responsibilities include regular monitoring of Meta activity, performance reporting, weekly marketing meetings, content uploads, and monthly strategy discussions. You'll visit our Prosser flagship store and factory headquarters as needed to capture fresh content that authentically tells the Chukar story.

This position includes the responsibilities of our Social Content Creator role, with additional ownership of social media strategy, performance, and influencer partnerships. Candidates interested in a more content-focused position with fewer hours are encouraged to consider that opening as well.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as overtime, lead premiums, or bonus opportunities.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Past experience running social media accounts
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-starter, Goal oriented.
