Social Media Lead, Kraken Pro

You will create platform-native social content for X, Telegram, and other channels. You will spot trends, respond quickly with on-brand content, engage the Kraken Pro audience, manage the content calendar, translate product news into narratives, analyze performance, and coordinate compliant messaging with Legal and Communications.

Responsibilities

• Create platform-native content for X, Telegram, and other social channels
• Identify trends and reactive moments and create timely on-brand content
• Engage the Kraken Pro audience through replies, quotes, polls, and memes
• Build, maintain, schedule, publish, and monitor an always-on content calendar
• Translate product and ecosystem updates into compelling narratives
• Track social growth and performance and iterate using insights and experiments
• Partner with Legal and Communications to ensure compliant and accurate messaging

Requirements

• Demonstrated successful social posts or content
• 3+ years of social media or content experience
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or trading preferred
• AI competency
• Content creation skills across copy, memes, short-form video, charts, and threads
• Ability to handle fast-paced social channels
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to create visually appealing content using design briefs, Figma, or CapCut
