Social Worker [5 DAYS / BUANGKOK] (KCKC)
Summary
Provide social care to residents by creating and executing individualized plans, monitoring progress, and reporting monthly reviews in a Singapore-based facility.
- Salary : $3,500 - $4,500
- Location: Buangkok
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (44 hours per week)
- 8am to 5pm / 8.30am to 5.30pm / 9am to 6pm
- Once a month 8am - 8pm shift
Job Responsibilities
- Develop individualise care plans for residents
- Execute the care plan and monitor progress
- Develop and implement programmes and activities to meet the residents’ care needs
- Put up 6th monthly review reports and monthly interview records for about 50 residents
Job requirements
- Degree in Social Work
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
