Software Architect (C#, Equipment Control)
Summary
Designs and leads the development of C#-based equipment control software for high-tech systems, using WPF/WinForms and Agile practices while managing a small team.
Our client is a leading European MNC in designing and developing high-tech systems (assembly equipment, machine control systems, medical equipment etc). The Singapore team houses the Development centre and we are looking for the following position of:
Software Architect
(C# - Equipment Control Software)
Responsibilities:
• Part of the growing team of Software Engineers in Singapore
• Leading the architectural design and development of software systems, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and reliability requirements.
• Analyzing customer needs in software requirement engineering
• Analyzing, designing, implementing, and test the control software.
• Conducting peer reviews to ensure product quality.
• Leading the small development team and ensuring team performance.
• Working as an integral part of a scrum team and handling user stories across the full stack.
• Developing functionality using Agile practices, emphasizing speed and quality.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years’ experience in software development.
• You should be a strong technical developer and familiar with
o C# - Object-Oriented Programming
o UML Tools
o OOAD
o WPF and WinForm UI development
o NUnit unit test framework
• Candidates who has worked on machine control / equipment control would be a close fit to the role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team of 8-12 software developers in projects.
