WorkHold is a product company building AI solutions that automate business operations. We're expanding our presence across English-speaking social media markets and are looking for a Software

Content Operator to take ownership of the technical side of scaling our content distribution.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for operating the system behind large-scale social media publishing. Your focus is on automation, software, and analytics: configuring tools, launching workflows, monitoring performance, collecting data, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Content creation is handled by other team members—you'll make sure the system works reliably and posts are published on schedule.

What You'll Do
Manage social media automation software: configure tools, launch workflows, monitor performance, and restart processes when necessary.
Work with a large number of social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Publish content according to the content schedule and ensure posts go live correctly.
Prepare the technical resources required for the system, including social media accounts and proxies, following internal guidelines.
Collect analytics and maintain reports on workflow and publication status.

What We're Looking For
At least 6 months of experience working with social media automation software or managing multiple social media accounts.
Understanding of proxies and networking tools.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software while following established workflows.
Excellent organizational skills, discipline, and attention to deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have
Experience with anti-detect browsers and automation scripts.
A proactive mindset and willingness to suggest and test new approaches.

What We Offer
$800-1000$ per month from start, 1200$ is possible with a performance-based salary review after approbation period.
Salary paid twice a month.
Full-time employment.
Fully remote position.
Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Kyiv time), no night shifts.
All required tools and software are provided.
Two-stage interview process with no test assignment.
