We are seeking a Java Production Support Engineer with 4–6 years of specific hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL, Kafka, and production support.
Must-Have Skills
- Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate
- Strong SQL: query writing, optimization & performance tuning
- Kafka: messaging & transaction concepts
- API security, authentication/authorization & exception handling
- Splunk/Kibana and log monitoring
- Jenkins and basic–intermediate OpenShift/Kubernetes
- MariaDB or other RDBMS
- L2/L3 production support and P1 incident handling
Functional Knowledge
- Exposure to Core Banking systems and transaction processing
- Basic understanding of Savings/Current account interest calculations
- ACID properties and vertical/horizontal scalability
- Debugging distributed systems and troubleshooting production issues
