Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, catalog items, and integrations.
- Develop and customize applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
- Work on integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
- Perform testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
- ServiceNow development/configuration
- ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog
- JavaScript / Glide scripting
- Workflows / Flow Designer
