Job Description:
Key Technical Skills:
- Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices)
- Hibernate
- SQL (Query Writing, Performance Tuning & Optimization)
- Kafka (Messaging & Transactions)
- Exception Handling & API Security (Authentication/Authorization)
Platform & Tools:
- Splunk / Kibana / Log Monitoring
- Jenkins
- OpenShift / Kubernetes (Basic to Intermediate)
- MariaDB or any RDBMS
Functional Knowledge:
- Experience with Core Banking applications
- Understanding of transaction processing and mission-critical applications
- Basic knowledge of Savings/Current Account interest calculations
Additional Skills:
- Understanding of ACID properties
- Knowledge of Vertical & Horizontal Scalability
- Experience designing/debugging distributed systems
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Candidate Profile:
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, SQL, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Experience in L2/L3 Production Support
- Ability to manage critical banking applications and handle P1 incidents
